    Phases of the Certification Process

    • Registration Options

      1. Certification (Certified for Microsoft Dynamics or CfMD) – Includes Solution Software Testing
      2. Pass Guarantee (previously known as “Pre-Testing”) – Includes Certified for Microsoft Dynamics and Solution Software Testing with additional support
      3. Solution Software Testing – Same cost as CfMD but less benefits; therefore CfMD is recommended

    Fulfilling the Requirements

      1. Software Application Test for Microsoft Dynamics
      2. Microsoft Dynamics Customer Evidences
      3. Software escrow
      4. Support capabilities
      5. ERP or CRM Competency in the new Microsoft Partner Network:
Silver level is required to achieve CfMD

    Notes:

      • The ISV/Software Competency does not qualify for CfMD, as it has been developed for non-Dynamics ISVs building on Windows operating systems.
      • To get your successful application test or CfMD registered to qualify toward the ERP or CRM Competency, please contact your Regional Service Center. Please note that while you can add your application test to the Tested Products tab in the Partner Membership Center, it won’t count toward your ERP/CRM Competency until the Regional Service Center validates it manually.
      •  Make sure you are labeled as an ISV in VOICE. For Microsoft to recognize your indirect license revenue for the EPR or CRM Competency, you need to be categorized as an ISV vs. a VAR and register any indirect customers you might have.
